Six people are reported to be dead in this morning’s shooting at the Fiamma building, a small international business that makes RV camper awnings and accessories in Orange County, according to sheriff’s officials. One of those dead has been confirmed to be the shooter. There are seven individuals within the business that have survived the shooting.

The shooting incident was reported around 8 a.m. at an industrial area on North Forsyth Road near Hanging Moss Road, northwest of Colonial Drive and State Road 417 in Orlando. Forsyth Road is closed from University and State Road 50.

When the Orlando Police Department reported to the scene they found 4 deceased males and one deceased female, one being the shooter. A fifth shooting victim was transported to ORMC where he later died.

Information coming in now points to the shooting suspect as a disgruntled employee. The shooter was carrying a handgun as well as a knife, but there is no indication that the suspect used his knife in the incident. After the shooter committed this senseless tragedy he turned his gun on himself and ended his life.

No further details or names about the victims or the shooter have been released.
