A Kissimmee man is behind bars following an investigation by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office into the possession of child sexual abuse material.

Sheriff’s deputies say the investigation began in February 2026 after the agency received an escalated cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Detectives assigned to the Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit immediately began investigating the report.

On February 6, 2026, ICAC detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in the Broadmoor mobile home park in Kissimmee. During the investigation, deputies identified the suspect as Billyjack Thibodeau, 46.

According to investigators, several electronic devices belonging to Thibodeau were seized and examined. Detectives say evidence found during that examination led to Thibodeau being charged with 25 counts of possession of photos or videos depicting the sexual performance of a child, along with unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

Thibodeau was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail, where he is being held without bond. Authorities say the investigation remains ongoing.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says it remains committed to protecting children and public safety. Anyone with information related to this case or similar incidents is urged to contact the Sheriff’s Office at (407) 348-2222.
