A 69-year-old man has been arrested and faces multiple felony charges after allegedly threatening a woman with a knife, robbing her, and attempting to sexually batter her inside a Dollar Tree store bathroom in Kissimmee, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident unfolded on Monday, October 12, 2026, shortly before 3 p.m. at the Dollar Tree located at 3201 Rolling Oaks Boulevard in Kissimmee.
According to an arrest report from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Harrison John Dolo approached a 33-year-old woman who was shopping inside the store after allegedly removing a knife from merchandise on a shelf.
Investigators say Dolo grabbed the woman by the arm, threatened her with the knife, and forced her into a store bathroom, where he demanded her money. The woman handed over $120.
Once inside the bathroom, Dolo allegedly removed his clothing and attempted to sexually assault the woman. Despite the circumstances, she was able to distract him long enough to escape the bathroom and seek help.
Dolo fled the store but was located a short time later near 8136 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. The woman subsequently identified him as her attacker, and he was taken into custody.
During the arrest, deputies also discovered a glass pipe that tested presumptively positive for fentanyl, according to the arrest report.
Dolo was booked into the Osceola County Jail on charges including robbery with a weapon, false imprisonment, attempted armed sexual battery, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and petit theft.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office praised the woman’s quick thinking and composure, noting that her ability to distract the suspect allowed her to escape and get help.
The Sheriff’s Office also encouraged residents to remain aware of their surroundings, even during routine activities such as shopping.
