A fatal ATV (Side-by-Side) accident took place at 9:20 PM, Saturday, May 18, 2019, on private property off Holopaw Groves Road near 8 Mile Ranch Road.
A 50-year-old man was driving an ATV on the private property with another passenger, a 57-year-old man when the driver lost control causing the ATV to overturn.
The passenger fell out of the ATV and was pronounced dead on the scene according to Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash remains under investigation. Positively Osceola will update the story as more information becomes available.
