Experience an unforgettable afternoon of fine wine, majestic big cats, and charitable giving at the Central Florida Animal Reserve’s semi-annual “Big Cat Sip & Stroll: The Fall Collection” on Sunday, November 17, brought to you by Experience Kissimmee.

This unique fundraising event invites attendees to explore the Reserve while supporting the care and conservation of its big cats. Enjoy a perfect fall day filled with the flavors of exquisite wines, light snacks, and the thrill of a silent auction.

The Sip & Stroll offers two sessions to choose from: the afternoon tour from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and the twilight tour from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Guests will embark on a self-guided walk among CFAR’s resident big cats, followed by a one-hour wine-tasting class led by John Sidut of Vintage Vino in downtown Kissimmee. Alongside the wine, guests can enjoy a curated cheese pairing, light snacks, and a selection of charcuterie while bidding on exclusive items in the silent auction. General admission is $65 per person, with a discounted rate of $55 for CFAR members. Tickets must be purchased in advance at sip.cflar.org or cflar.org/upcoming-event.

Dr. Simba Wiltz, CEO and Senior VP of CFAR, highlighted the appeal of the fall season at the Reserve, saying, “Our fall events will kick off the best part of the year to visit and tour the Central Florida Animal Reserve for the perfect Florida weather and to experience our big cats feeling a little frisky. This is a great opportunity for our guests to learn more about our big cats, our mission, and more for a great cause.” He added, “We hope the community will come out and see our facility and learn more about the conservation of big cats.”

For attendees, classy-casual attire is suggested, with comfortable footwear recommended due to gravel paths. The event is restricted to guests aged 21 and over, with IDs required at check-in. Parking will be available on-site, and staff will assist with directing guests to designated areas.
