The vision of the CAFA Caribbean Fusion Festival is to recognize and celebrate the diversity of Caribbean people and to bring that ONENESS of the culture through food, arts, crafts, and music to Osceola County.

CAFA is a non-profit organization that was formed in Central Florida, because the original founders saw a need for an association, for people of Caribbean backgrounds in Central Florida. The association is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious and scientific purposes for the benefit of the community. C.A.F.A was responsible for the Juvenile Delinquent Program which helped at risk minors, and was successful in helping them develop life skills and helped them outline the life skills of a dutiful citizen. C.A.F.A. has also distributed over $50,000 in scholarships and is focused on distributing school supplies to children in need. These donated items are distributed to schools in the Osceola area.
