Driver dies after crashing into Century Link building in downtown Kissimmee early Sunday morning

The driver of a car died after crashing into the Century Link building on the corner of Neptune and Broadway in downtown Kissimmee early Sunday morning.

According to the KPD, the crash took place around 5:40 a.m. Sunday morning when a car drove into the Century Link building located at 430 Broadway, not far from the LYNX and SunRail station near downtown Kissimmee. The driver was the only person in the car, and was pronounced dead.

Traffic was directed around areas surrounding the fatal crash during the investigation but were fully reopened by 9;45 am.
