With the countdown on to the grand opening of Universal Epic Universe on May 22, 2025, Universal Orlando Resort has officially launched a slate of theme park upgrades and immersive experiences designed to help guests make the most of their visit to what is being hailed as one of the most innovative theme parks ever built.

Starting today, guests can now book Universal Express passes, VIP tours, My Universal Photos packages, and the Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience, available within the eerie and immersive Dark Universe world. These optional add-ons aim to maximize time, enhance convenience, and elevate the overall adventure inside Epic Universe’s five themed lands: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.

💥 Skip the Lines with Universal Express

Guests with Epic Universe tickets can now add Universal Express to bypass regular lines at top attractions, including:

  • Stardust Racers and Constellation Carousel (Celestial Park)

  • Monsters Unchained and Curse of the Werewolf (Dark Universe)

  • Hiccup’s Wing Gliders and Fyre Drill (Isle of Berk)

  • Le Cirque Arcanus (Ministry of Magic)

  • Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge and Yoshi’s Adventure (SUPER NINTENDO WORLD)

Multi-park options are also available, allowing access to Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.

⭐ Go All-In with Epic Universe VIP Experiences

Guests can choose from exclusive VIP tours with perks like front-of-line access, reserved show seating, and guided exploration across one or all three Universal Orlando parks.
Options include:

  • 1-Park, 1-Day VIP Experience (Epic Universe or other parks)

  • 3-Park, 2-Day VIP Experience, which includes a day at Epic Universe and a second day at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure

Both private and non-private tours are available based on guest preference.

📸 Capture the Magic with My Universal Photos

With the My Universal Photos package, guests can collect all their on-ride and in-park photos digitally, and even print keepsakes to remember their epic day.

Located in the Dark Universe, this spooky add-on invites guests to become their favorite Universal Monster with professional face makeup and accessories.

  • Experiment Ticket (Makeup Only): $45 plus tax

  • Transformation Ticket (Makeup + Accessories): $169 (adults), $109 (children ages 3–9)
    Annual and Seasonal Passholders receive 10% off.
