The March for Meals St. Patrick’s 5K Run/Walk will be held as a community fun run aimed at raising awareness of senior hunger while generating funds for the Meals on Wheels program in Osceola County through the Osceola Council on Aging. The race will be chip-timed, with winners recognized across multiple age categories.

Organizers will present awards to the top 10 male and top 10 female overall finishers, as well as to the top male and female finishers age 65 and older. The 2026 run is scheduled to take place just days before St. Patrick’s Day, and participants are encouraged to celebrate the occasion by wearing green and dressing in festive, “lucky” attire to help draw attention to the cause of ending senior hunger.

Participants are also encouraged to form teams and take part in the “Team Challenge” category. Awards will be given to the Most Spirited Team and the Largest Team in 2026. Organizers invite community members to assemble their teams, show their spirit, and support efforts to combat senior hunger by contributing to the Meals on Wheels program serving Osceola County.

Registration is currently open, and organizers expressed appreciation to participants for their support, noting they look forward to welcoming runners and walkers to the 2026 run.
