Any payment plans completed during the weekend days of the event will be honored.

The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will be onsite with their Florida Licensing on Wheels, or FLOW, vehicle to print new licenses and provide additional services. The FLOW vehicle will be available on March 31 from 11 am to 3 pm, April 1 from 9 am to 4 pm and April 2 from 8 am to 1 pm. All customers will be required to adhere to all safety and health requirements before entering the courthouse and FLOW vehicle.

“The ability to legally drive is not only a privilege to be promoted, but for many, it is a necessity, without which, the ability to maintain a household, participate in the community, and exercise basic freedoms would be jeopardized. I am proud to offer this service which is designed to save that affected money, time, and hardship,” said Honorable Kelvin Soto, Esq.
