Forty-one-year-old St. Cloud man arrested for possession of over 41,000 child pornography images, Osceola deputies say

A St. Cloud man was arrested on Thursday for possession of over 41,000 child pornography images on his iPad, according to Osceola deputies.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to Waterside Vista Lane in St. Cloud after receiving a tip about a man possibly possessing child exploitation material.

After arriving at the home, Deputies found an iPad belonging to Gregory Andrew Dimperio with numerous images of child pornography. Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit reported to the scene and began interviewing Dimperio. During the interview, Dimperio admitted to owning the iPad and possessing child pornographic material, as well as admitting that he had been viewing child pornography for the last five years. A forensic examination of the iPad revealed over 41,000 images of child exploitation material.

Mr. Dimperio was charged with numerous counts of Possession of Photo/Video of Sexual Performance by a Child, and was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with a $25,000.00 bond.
