The Biden administration did a soft launch on Tuesday of the website that will make it possible for people to sign up for free Covid-19 home tests. People can now order a maximum of four tests that will be shipped directly to their households.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki confirmed that the free Covid-19 tests website is now functioning as part of a “beta phase” ahead of Wednesday’s full rollout.

The tests are completely free and orders will usually ship in 7-12 days.

According to the USPS, which is where the COVIDtests.gov links to, residential households in the U.S. can order one set of 4 free at-home tests from USPS.com.

Here’s what you need to know about your order:

  • Limit of one order per residential address
  • One order includes 4 individual rapid antigen COVID-19 tests
  • Orders will ship free starting in late January

COVIDtests.gov officially launches on Wednesday.
