Nothing says summer cook-out like grilled sweet corn so why not add a fun twist to it. Try out this recipe for grilled Florida sweet corn with tomato and parmesan…it’s Positively Delicious!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ears fresh Florida sweet corn
- 2 Florida tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup parmesan
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, torn
PREPARATION
Preheat grill to high. Shuck corn and place directly on a hot grill or over hot coals. Rotate and cook until charred, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Add diced tomatoes, Parmesan and basil just before serving.
