Guacamole, it’s delicious, a bit addictive, and it’s healthy! That’s right, it’s one of those foods that we crave and is good for us!

With Super Bowl Sunday quickly approaching it’s a good time to begin planning for what we might be snacking on while staring, and sometimes yelling at the TV. This year how about trying some positively delicious Guacamole… your guests will be glad you did, and it’s simple.

INGREDIENTS

2 Florida avocados, pit removed and mashed

1 Florida tomato, diced small

2 Florida Key limes, juiced

¼ red onion, diced small

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

½ teaspoon cumin

Several dashes hot sauce (optional)

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator, and when it’s time serve with your favorite chips, and then – repeat, and repeat, and repeat! It’s Positively Delicious!
