Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County will host a free Spanish-speaking First-Time Homebuyer Workshop for those looking to take the first step toward homeownership. The workshop will take place on Saturday, March 23 and covers essential topics including credit, down payment assistance programs, property title, working with real estate agents and homeowners’ insurance.
The free workshop will be held at Hart Memorial Library at 211 East Dakin Ave from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend and will receive a first-time homebuyer certificate at the end of the workshop.
