A Kissimmee man has been arrested and charged following a child exploitation investigation conducted by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office in collaboration with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began after they were notified by NCMEC of a potential case involving an individual suspected of sharing and storing child sexual abuse material. Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit launched an investigation into the tip.
On July 17, 2025, detectives executed a search warrant at Sun Lake Condominiums in Kissimmee. The investigation led authorities to identify the suspect as Justin Paul Vail. Based on evidence gathered during the search and investigation, Vail was charged with ten counts of Possession of Photo/Video of Sexual Performance by a Child.
Vail was arrested at the scene and transported to the Osceola County Jail, where he is currently being held with no bond.
