The City of Kissimmee’s Parks & Recreation has announced that starting on Tuesday, October 6, they will be accepting online reservations for any of the 18 outdoor and covered picnic pavilions that come in a variety of sizes and locations. Pavilions can be rented out three months in advance.

Pavilions come in small, medium, and large spaces, ranging from $75.00 to $175.00. Any person interested in hosting an outdoor gathering at Kissimmee Lakefront Park, Chambers Park, Fortune Road, Mill Run Park, Oak Street Park, or Rainbow Park can visit www.kissimmeeparks.org or https://webtrac.kissimmee.org/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/splash.html.

It is recommended that users register as soon as possible to guarantee the desired date. The City of Kissimmee encourages people to continue to practice the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines of social distancing and wear a face covering.

At this time, the City’s Parks & Recreation Department will NOT be renting indoor spaces to the public at locations like; the Kissimmee Civic Center, Berlinsky Community House, or other Community Centers. However, the Kissimmee Lakefront Wedding Garden will be available for outdoor weddings staring on Monday, October 12.

The Parks and Recreation Department will also reopen the popular Kissimmee Lakefront Splash Pad on Monday, October 5, from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily.
