If you’re a food truck fan, Local Green Orlando, (connected to Local Green Atlanta) is pulling into Disney Springs bringing a combination of plant-based, vegetarian, and pescatarian dishes that are nutritious and delicious, like the Monsta shrimp burger, Bubba Sparxx vegan pulled BBQ sandwich, and the Elote Street Corn.
According to the Local Green Atlanta website, they are more than another healthy fast casual food provider, they are a public health initiative that intends to reduce food deserts in the United States. Their mission is to reduce health disparities in underserved populations by providing healthier food choices to communities who need it most. They assure taste will not be compromised for health.
We’re hoping that their Atlanta mission fully carries over to Disney Springs in Orlando as Local Green Orlando becomes part of the available fare Disney, because we’re sure you’ll agree, it looks positively delicious!
