Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 38-year-old man on Monday they say was molesting two children.
Investigator said they received a report that Monterroso-Morataya had abused two children in several jurisdictions but did not provide any additional details about the accusations.
Deputies said the man is cooperating with their investigation but they did not release details about what he has shared with investigators.
Monterroso-Morataya is charged with one count of sexual battery, 21 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation on a victim younger than 12, and four counts of showing obscene material to a minor.
He is being held at the Osceola County jail without bond.
