Poinciana is set to welcome a new food truck park and entertainment venue, named Street Feast, that is planned for a 5.5-acre site along South Poinciana Blvd, just minutes from Poinciana High School.
Property records indicate that Realtrack Inc. acquired the land in February for $2 million. The project, designed by HDSi, received enthusiastic support from Osceola County planners during a recent pre-application meeting. According to Jim Hall, the development will address the growing demand for food and beverage options in the underserved Poinciana area.
Renderings presented to county officials reveal plans for around 40 food truck spaces, a stage bandshell, an arcade, a playground, a fountain area, and seating for over 700 guests. The venue will also feature private cabanas for rent and a beer and wine bar, providing a vibrant space for community gathering and entertainment.
