At The Florida Federation of Fairs 68th Annual Convention in May our very own Osceola County Fair was awarded the Florida Federation of Fairs YPI $500 grant to continue their work and expand on their H.A.Y.L.O.F.T. (Helping All Youth Learn of Farming and Technology, an 11,000 square foot interactive, hands in agricultural educational exhibit which debuted this year at the Osceola Country Fair.

The YPI (Young Professionals Initiative) Community Service Grant was designed to help fairs to develop and expand their community service projects and programs.

Osceola County Fair was also recognized for their agricultural education efforts; winning first place for their new H.A.Y.L.O.F.T. exhibit and their VIP Kick-Off Dinner and second place for their Kowtow Classic Cattle Show.
