The Osceola County School Board approved several key administrative appointments on July 29, 2025, strengthening leadership across the district.
Heather Miller, Assistant Principal at Kissimmee Middle School
Heather Miller has held the following positions: Teacher at Horizon Middle School (2004-2014); MSP Grant Project Manager for Osceola, Okeechobee, and Volusia Schools (2014-2017); District Science Specialist for the Osceola School District (2016-2018); Assistant Principal at Westside K-8 (2018-2022); Principal of Kingsley Middle for Kingsley Area Schools ((2022-2024), and Assistant Principal at Osceola Middle School in Pinellas County Public Schools (2024). She earned bachelor’s degrees in both Zoology from Michigan State University and Elementary Education from Oakland University. She also earned a master’s degree in Science Education and an education specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Walden University.
Lauren Osbourne, Assistant Principal at Tohopekaliga High School
Lauren Osbourne has held the following positions: Teacher at Holmdel High and Robbinsville High (2014-2015); Teacher at Celebration High (2015-2019); MTSS and Graduation Coach at Celebration High (2022-2024); and Dean at Celebration High (2019-2022 and 2024-present). She earned a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language/Spanish and Education K-12 from Monmouth University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Stetson University.
