The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of Cody Don Breedlove, of Kissimmee, following an investigation into child exploitation.

The case began when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) notified the Sheriff’s Office of an individual allegedly sharing and storing child sexual abuse material, while also engaging in online chats expressing a desire to harm children. Detectives with the Sheriff’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit immediately launched an investigation.

On September 9, 2025, with the support of the Sheriff’s SWAT team, deputies executed a residential search warrant at Breedlove’s home at Camden Town Square Apartments in Kissimmee. During the operation, investigators seized several electronic devices and took Breedlove into custody without incident.

Following the investigation, Breedlove was charged with:

  • One count of Possession of Photo/Video of Sexual Performance by a Child

  • One count of Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device

Breedlove was booked into the Osceola County Jail and is being held without bond. The Sheriff’s Office noted that the investigation remains ongoing.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reaffirmed its commitment to protecting children and increasing community safety, urging anyone with information related to this case—or similar incidents—to contact them at (407) 348-2222.
