The Osceola County Supervisor of Elections office will conduct additional logic and accuracy testing of election equipment on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 11 AM. This testing is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all equipment to be used in the upcoming August 20 Primary Election.

On July 31, the Elections Office was made aware that a community development district had been annexed by the City of St. Cloud. The Office did not receive notice of the annexation prior to this date. The Office quickly conducted further research and found an additional community development district that had also been annexed by the City of St. Cloud.

The Elections Office corrected the ballots for the two affected precincts and began re-testing all election equipment on July 31. All affected voters are in the process of being notified.

As required by law, public logic and accuracy testing of election equipment shall be conducted. This meeting is open to the public and citizens are encouraged to attend.
