On Tuesday, October 29, at 10 a.m., the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners, in partnership with local stakeholders, will host a special event to celebrate the grand opening of Falcon Trace II. This innovative 354-unit affordable housing community is designed to provide vital support for low-income working families and individuals earning at or below 60% of the area median income. Conveniently located near the Poinciana SunRail Station, Falcon Trace II offers modern amenities and aims to enhance the quality of life for its residents.

Falcon Trace I features 16 residential buildings, a clubhouse, picnic areas, playgrounds, a swimming pool, dog parks, walking trails, a computer lab, and a fitness room. An onsite manager will also provide support for residents.

Falcon Trace II is currently under construction, with substantial completion expected in the second quarter of 2025.

This new development marks a significant step toward addressing the county’s growing need for affordable housing.
