The Osceola Magic, the Orlando Magic’s G League team now centered in Osceola County, fell to the Austin Spurs at the H-E-B Center 136-116 on Sunday night.

Dominick Barlow led Austin with a team-high 34 points and eight rebounds, while Sir’Jabari Rice added 20 points and seven assists. Osceola’s Brandon Williams led all scorers with 38 points, while Mac McClung added 25 points in the losing effort. Chris Walker recorded a double-double, tallying 11 points, 11 rebounds and four blocked shots for the Magic.

Osceola shot 51.2 percent from the floor during the first half and took a 60-59 halftime lead. However, Austin took control of the game during the third quarter, outscoring the Magic, 37-20, and never looked back.

The Osceola Magic (0-2) will host the Texas Legends, on Thursday, November 16 at Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee at 7:00 PM for their inaugural home opener.
