Due to the recent inclement weather caused by Tropical Storm Eta, Toho Water Authority has announced that the road closure on W. Emmet Street will extend to Monday evening, November 16, to complete the sewer rehabilitation project. The closure is between S. Lilly Street up to and including the W. Emmett Street and S. Alden Street intersection (please see map). Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
