With positive cases of COVID-19 on the rise in Florida, including the Greater Orlando area, and with positive coronavirus cases being found in some of the Orlando Ronald McDonald houses,  Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida will stay closed through July 18.

“Our top priority during this time has remained focused on the health and well-being of our guest families, staff and the communities in which we serve,” said President and CEO Lou Ann DeVoogd.

During the temporary closure, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida will continue to support families in need by providing hotel accommodations at no cost. If you would like to help the nonprofit support these families you can donate today at rmhccf.org.

The Ronald McDonald Houses is one of Central Florida’s largest nonprofit organizations that provides a home away from home for families with children receiving treatment at hospitals and medical facilities in Orlando.
