The St. Cloud Main Street Program, which began in September 1999, is a comprehensive revitalization program designed to encourage ongoing economic development in conjunction with historic preservation. Their goal is to bring more recognition to our downtown and what it has to offer, and they’ve done that, behind the leadership of Executive Director Paula Stark.
