A Silver Alert has been issued for 67-year-old St. Cloud man, Valentin Manso-Santiago, who has been diagnosed with Dementia and Diabetes (type 1), and has not been seen since he left his home on Sunday morning.
The St. Cloud Police Department responded to the area of Palm Gardens Condominium in St. Cloud after being called about a missing endangered adult.
Valentin Manso-Santiago, left his home on Sunday morning around 8am in a red 2014 Chevrolet Spark with Florida tag 4770VW, and has been diagnosed with Dementia, Diabetes (type 1), and has suffered prior strokes. Since his disappearance, he has already missed two medication dosages.
Valentine is described as a Hispanic male, 5’10”, 275 lbs, brown eyes, and gray hair and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, red gym shorts, and black crock shoes.
It is believed that he might be traveling towards the Jacksonville area. Valentine has been entered into NCIC/FCIC as a missing endangered adult, and a Silver Alert has been activated. If you see Valentin Manso-Santiago, please call 911.
