The Lady Bulldogs of St. Cloud for third time this season showed that they can hit, and hit big. St. Cloud’s first two games were big wins, 17-0 against Poinciana, and 16-1 against Gateway.

The Lady Storm showed they came to play in St. Cloud on Tuesday by scoring 2 runs in the top of the first, and led as they went into the 2nd after the Bulldogs only brought in one runner, but after that the momentum moved to St. Cloud. The Bulldogs picked up three runs in the 2nd inning and then in the 4th, things started getting away from the Storm. #20 Delaney Carnell knocked out a 2-run homer making it 8-3, and only minutes later, #50 Olivia Lemeau made it it 9-3 with an inside the park home run.

St. Cloud tacked on 3 more in the 5th and another in the 6th which ended the game at 13-3.  St. Cloud will travel to Toho on Thursday while the Storm will play at home against Gateway.

The game was actually closer than the score depicts and Celebration should have a good season, as they took down the Toho Lady Tigers on Monday 20-5.
