St. Cloud, County looking for volunteers to serve on council advisory boards and committees

The St. Cloud City Council is accepting applications from residents who are interested in volunteering to serve on a council advisory boards or committees.

There are vacancies and/or expiring terms on the following boards and committees:
Community Redevelopment Agency, Historic Preservation Board, Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee, Planning Commission, Tree Advisory Committee and Zoning Board of Adjustment.

To learn more about these boards and committees’ various responsibilities, or to submit an electronic application, visit the City of St. Cloud website at www.stcloud.org. from the tabs, select City Government > Committees and Boards > and/or Committee Application.

Applications can also be picked up at City Hall (Building A, 3rd Floor). Completed applications must be turned in no later than January 24th. For more information, call the City Clerk’s Office at 407-957-7304.

Osceola County is also looking for citizens to fill vacancies on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (3 Positions), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Citizens Advisory Task Force (District 2, District 3, At-Large), Library Advisory Board and the Fire and Rescue Advisory Board.
