On Friday around 7pm, Osceola deputies responded to 1311 Santa Rosa Drive in Kissimmee, after being called about a possible shooting.

Upon arriving on the scene Deputies found the body of 31 year-old Harold Jones III at the front of the building with an apparent gunshot wound. The man was transported to Orlando Health Emergency and was pronounced dead.

The suspect has been described as a black male, 200lbs, 5’08”-5’10”, with no facial hair, short black hair, and was last seen wearing a black bandana, shorts, black t-shirt, and slippers/slides. The suspect was armed with a silver and black handgun and fled the scene in a black 4-door sedan, possibly a newer model Nissan Altima, with tinted windows and after-market rims and was seen leaving the scene at a high rate of speed.

The Osceola Sheriff’s Office believes the shooting is an isolated incident and there is no further threat to the immediate public.

Anyone with information about this incident should call the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office at (407) 348-2222 or Crimeline at 1-800-423-8477, where information leading to a felony arrest may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 dollars. https://crimeline.org/
