The Central Florida Expressway Authority as announced that Northbound SR 417 from SR 528 to Lee Vista Boulevard is scheduled to close nightly this week from Tuesday, May 9, to Thursday, May 11, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for road work.
Drivers traveling on northbound SR 417 will be directed to exit onto northbound SR 528 (Exit 26) and follow detour signs to northbound Narcoossee Road to southbound Lee Vista Boulevard to the northbound ramp for SR 417.
Please allow extra travel time. Weather and other unforeseen circumstances could delay completion of the work. Motorists are urged to use caution in the construction area for their safety and that of the work crews.
This work is part of a systemwide project that consists of removing and replacing three new 3-line DMS signs and sign-structures along State Road 417 and State Road 528.
