The Osceola County Association of REALTORS® has announced that long-time member and Past President, Tim Weisheyer, was recently elected as 2021 Florida Realtors® Secretary.
Founder and owner of both Dream Builders Realty and dbrCommercial Real Estate Weisheyer is known in the community as a real estate, business, and organization leader, including serving two terms on the Osceola School Board, where he served two terms as Chairman. Tim is also a board member of the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Board for the Osceola County YMCA.

Mr. Weisheyer has served in numerous leadership roles within the Osceola County Association of REALTORS, the largest professional trade association in Osceola County, representing more than 4,000 REALTORS®. He has earned the coveted distinction of REALTOR® of the Year, his company has been recognized as Real Estate of the Year, and is also the youngest member of the Association to ever be inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® Hall of Fame.

We are confident Tim will do an exemplary job of representing our local membership as well as the more than 187,000 REALTORS® in the State of Florida. His dedication to our community, his peers and the real estate industry is truly praiseworthy. He is a great example of what we, and all organizations, look for in a leader and we are confident he will make a great addition to the Florida REALTORS® leadership team.
