The Toho Water Authority (Toho) Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Monday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Tuesday, June 20.
The lobby at the Kissimmee administrative office, located at 951 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, June 19. Staff will be available to assist customers enrolling in Toho’s new payment portal.
Customers can always make payments, report emergencies and use other self-service features on Tohowater.com or by using the 24-hour customer service line at 407-944-5000. Customers located in the City of St. Cloud can report emergencies by calling 407-957-7344.
