Universal Orlando Resort officially kicked off its destination-wide holiday celebration Friday night, ushering in the most festive season of the year with dazzling décor, live entertainment, immersive attractions, and unforgettable holiday experiences that will run daily through January 4, 2026.

Guests visiting Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and the all-new Universal Epic Universe can now explore a full lineup of seasonal favorites—from Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter to the fan-favorite Grinchmas celebration, Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s, and an array of new treats, entertainment, and merchandise for 2025.

Holiday Magic Across the Parks

Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is once again lighting up the season, with holiday décor across Hogsmeade, Diagon Alley, and—for the first time—the Ministry of Magic inside Universal Epic Universe. Guests can enjoy festive performances and cap off their night with The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle, a breathtaking nighttime projection show inspired by iconic holiday moments from the “Harry Potter” films.

Over at Seuss Landing, Grinchmas brings the whimsy of Who-ville to life, complete with meet-and-greets with The Grinch and the popular Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular stage show. This year introduces the brand-new Who-ville Tree Lot, featuring character-inspired holiday trees and themed décor.

Universal Studios Florida is also once again hosting Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s, where larger-than-life balloons, performers, and festive floats travel through the streets in a spectacular nighttime celebration of classic holiday stories.

At Universal Epic Universe, guests can stroll through holiday displays in Celestial Park and explore seasonal décor woven throughout its themed lands—including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk.

Seasonal Treats to Savor

The celebration extends to Universal’s holiday-inspired food and beverage lineup, which includes:

  • Snickerdoodle Crepe at Central Park Crepes

  • The Elegant Ornament dessert at TODAY Café

  • Sunday Roast at Finnegan’s

  • The return of the wildly popular Gingy Cookie in DreamWorks Land

  • Holiday Hot Chocolate, Crunch Bunch Ice Cream, and treats throughout Seuss Landing

  • Spiced Apple Cider in both wizarding world lands

Universal Epic Universe joins the festivities with new offerings like a Holiday Churro, Glühwein in the Ministry of Magic, and selections like Gronckle’s Bread Pudding and Snoggletog Harvest Mac & Cheese Cone in Isle of Berk.

CityWalk is also embracing the season with themed cocktails, including the Espresso-O Come All Ye Faithful and the new Red and White Nice Shake at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium.

A New Holiday Tribute Store Experience

This year’s Holiday Tribute Store, located in the Hollywood area of Universal Studios Florida, transports guests to a snowy European-style marketplace. Inside, visitors can explore themed rooms including an artisan’s workshop, a winter forest glowing under Northern Lights, a festive town square, and Earl’s Nutcracker Nuthouse. Exclusive holiday merchandise, ornaments, spirit jerseys, and collections inspired by The Grinch, Minions, Jurassic World, and more are available throughout the store and online.

Add-On Experiences and Festivities Beyond the Parks

Guests looking to elevate their visit can book:

  • The Universal Holiday Tour – featuring guided experiences, exclusive meet-and-greets, and reserved viewing for marquee shows.

  • The Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast – a whimsical morning feast inside Circus McGurkus.

CityWalk’s Mistletoe Pines Ski Lodge has also returned with holiday cocktails, live entertainment, and appearances by Earl the Squirrel. Universal’s hotels are fully decked out for the season and offering special menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

Holiday Fun All Season Long

Universal Orlando’s holiday celebration runs now through January 4, 2026, with in-park festivities included with regular theme park admission. Guests can also take advantage of seasonal vacation packages, Florida resident specials, and limited-time hotel discounts.
