Orlando’s Camping World Stadium will host the NFL Pro Bowl for the fourth time on Jan. 26, 2020, and when fans go online to vote in their favorite players, they’ll also be entered for the chance to win cool prizes.
Like other sports’ all-star games, fan votes help decide who gets a spot on the AFC and NFC rosters. Voting began last week, and it’s free. And like political races in some towns … you can vote more than once! The polls close on Dec. 12. Voting is available online and on web-enabled mobile phones by going to NFL.com/ProBowlVote, but starting on Thanksgiving, fans will also be able to vote directly on Twitter.
To tweet votes, send the player’s first and last name, or official Twitter handle, and must include the hashtag #ProBowlVote. And once the vote is (Votes are?) cast, voters are entered for a chance to win one a great prize: one of five pairs of tickets for an NFL game during the 2020 season or a football signed by Matt Stafford (maybe he won’t hurt himself signing it), Travis Kelce, Le’Veon Bell or Sam Darnold.
Tickets to the game are on sale at NFL.com/ProBowlOnSale. The game will be televised live on ESPN, ESPN Deportes and simulcast on ABC and Disney XD. Fans in attendance can partake in concession deals,”Kid Zone” activities inside the stadium and postgame fireworks.
And, all the action won’t just be at Camping World. The 2020 Pro Bowl Experience kicks off the Wednesday of game week at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Open daily at 10 a.m. through Pro Bowl Eve, it’s a free fan zone with fun interactive activities for the whole family. Test your football fundamental skills, or sift through the various merchandise outlets, and watch the NFC and AFC squads practice — again, for free.
Players for the game are determined by the consensus votes of fans, players and coaches. Each group’s vote counts one-third toward determining the 88 All-Star players who will be selected to the Pro Bowl.
NFL players and coaches will cast their votes on Friday, Dec. 14. Pro Bowl rosters will be announced on Tuesday, Dec. 17 live at 8 p.m. on NFL Network’s Pro Bowl special “NFL Total Access: Pro Bowl Players Revealed”.
