Hosted by Osceola Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller Kelvin Soto, Esq., the iconic courthouse in Kissimmee was transformed into a whimsically eerie wedding venue, complete with cobwebs, pumpkins, and gothic arrangements of black and purple roses.
