During a visit to the "Exceptional Rodeo" at the 1987 National Finals Rodeo, Fran was deeply inspired by what she witnessed. Motivated by her own child with special needs, she envisioned an event where all children in Osceola County, regardless of their abilities, could experience the excitement and joy of rodeo. From this vision, the Special Rodeo was born.
