ST. CLOUD, Fla. — Historic Downtown St. Cloud is getting ready to turn green once again as the City of St. Cloud hosts its annual Paint the Cloud Green celebration on Saturday, March 14, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The St. Patrick’s-themed community event promises an evening packed with energy, entertainment, and heart — offering something for every member of the family.
Festivities will include a Family Fun Run & 5K Glow Run, live Irish music, Food Truck Wars, a Kid Zone, and the always-inspiring St. Baldrick’s ShaveFest.
🏃♂️ 5K Glow Run & Family Fun Run
Lace up your running shoes and light up the night with the popular 5K Glow Run, along with a Family Fun Run for participants of all ages. The illuminated race adds a fun twist to the evening while encouraging fitness and community involvement.
Participants can register in advance and find full event details on the City of St. Cloud’s website.
💚 St. Baldrick’s ShaveFest Supports Childhood Cancer Research
One of the most meaningful highlights of the evening is the St. Baldrick’s head-shaving fundraiser, where volunteers shave their heads in solidarity with children battling cancer. The fundraiser supports childhood cancer research and gives the community a powerful opportunity to make a difference while coming together for a greater cause.
Residents are encouraged to register, donate, or support participants raising funds for St. Baldrick’s.
🎶 Live Irish Music & Food Truck Wars
The sounds of live Irish music from Murphy’s Law will fill the streets of downtown, creating an authentic St. Patrick’s Day atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy the return of Food Truck Wars, featuring a variety of food vendors competing for bragging rights — and serving up plenty of delicious options along the way.
👨👩👧👦 Family-Friendly Fun
From the Kid Zone activities to live entertainment and community camaraderie, Paint the Cloud Green continues to be one of St. Cloud’s signature annual events, drawing families and friends to celebrate together in the heart of downtown.
Paint the Cloud Green is sponsored by the City of St. Cloud, Experience Kissimmee, Toho Water Authority, Will Power Athletics Club, and Confessions of the Hand Fine Art and Tattoo Gallery.
