A woman was arrested on Monday by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office after being accused of sexually battering a 13-year-old girl in Kissimmee.
Osceola County Sheriff Deputies said they responded to call at 9am on Monday in reference to a report of the sexual battery of a minor. When Osceola deputies arrived on the scene, they made contact with a 13-year-old female victim who reported she was touched inappropriately by a 28-year-old woman, who was identified by deputies as 28-year-old Susana Tamayo-Viera.
The victim told deputies that Tamayo-Viera had touched her breast area and her vagina, and that a month prior the woman offered her a beer and a vape to smoke.
Tamayo-Viera has been charged with sexual battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was taken to the Osceola County Jail.
