The Powerball® jackpot that has been building all summer has officially reached historic territory. After Saturday night’s drawing, the jackpot rolled over once again and is now estimated at $750 million, making it the 10th largest grand prize in the history of the game. The jackpot carries a cash value of approximately $338.6 million before taxes.

Saturday’s Drawing Results

The winning numbers for the Saturday, August 23 drawing were:
White balls – 11, 14, 34, 47, 51
Red Powerball – 18
Power Play® multiplier – 2

While no ticket matched all six numbers, several players still took home big prizes:

  • Two tickets sold in Maine and New York each matched all five white balls to win $1 million.

  • A ticket sold in South Dakota matched all five white balls and, with the Power Play® option, doubled the prize to $2 million.

  • Additionally, 31 tickets won $50,000 prizes, and five tickets won $100,000 prizes.
