The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office will conduct a countywide DUI saturation patrol tonight, Friday, January 30, as part of the national Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over initiative.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the enforcement effort will begin at 7 p.m. and continue throughout the night, with deputies patrolling all areas of Osceola County. The operation is designed to identify and remove impaired drivers from local roadways while promoting safer driving decisions.

Officials are urging residents and visitors to plan ahead if they intend to drink alcohol. The Sheriff’s Office recommends using a designated driver, public transportation, or a rideshare service to get home safely.

The most recent DUI saturation patrol was conducted on December 31, 2025, resulting in seven DUI arrests and 37 traffic citations, highlighting the continued focus on impaired driving enforcement in the county.

Residents are also encouraged to be a part of keeping our roadways safe. Anyone who observes a suspected impaired driver is asked to call 911 immediately and provide the vehicle description and location.

The Sheriff’s Office emphasized that DUI saturation patrols are intended to deter dangerous behavior and help keep Osceola County roads safe for everyone.
