KISSIMMEE, Fla. — The Caribbean Fusion Festival brought vibrant energy, cultural pride, and a full day of entertainment to Kissimmee Lakefront Park on Saturday, drawing large crowds to the lakefront for one of the most diverse and engaging celebrations in Central Florida.

Presented by the Caribbean and Floridian Association (CAFA), brought to you by Experience Kissimmee, and proudly promoted by Positively Osceola, the festival transformed the park’s Veterans Lawn into a lively showcase of Caribbean and multicultural traditions, highlighted by music, dance, food, and family-friendly experiences.

The event opened with a prayer led by Solid Rock Church, followed by welcoming remarks from U.S. Congressman Darren Soto, Kissimmee Deputy Mayor Angela Eady, Kissimmee Commissioner Jeanette Martinez, Kissimmee Police Chief Chuck Broadway, and Judge Gabby Sanders-Morency, setting the tone for a day centered on unity, culture, and community.

From the moment the event got underway, attendees were treated to a dynamic lineup of live performances that kept the atmosphere electric throughout the day. Headlining the festival were internationally recognized artists Mega Banton and Terry Gajraj, joined by Adrianna Clark and Sanky & The Band, delivering high-energy sets that blended reggae, soca, dancehall, and Caribbean fusion sounds. DJs including DJ Code Red, DJ Chris Roctone, DJ Princess Chow, and MC Greg C kept the momentum going between performances.

Adding to the cultural experience were standout performances by the Power House Family Steel Band, Flava Dance Troupe, and Latin One Fusion Nritayrupa School of Dance, each showcasing the rhythm, movement, and heritage that define Caribbean culture.

Families also enjoyed the Kids Zone provided by Kissimmee Utility Authority, offering interactive activities and a fun, engaging space for younger attendees to be part of the celebration.

A brief afternoon shower passed through the area, but it did little to slow the festivities, as attendees continued dancing and enjoying the event—proof that the spirit of the Caribbean Fusion Festival could not be dampened.

In addition to the entertainment, guests explored a wide variety of food vendors offering authentic Caribbean cuisine, with bold flavors and traditional favorites enhancing the overall experience.

Families filled the park throughout the day, embracing the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that has become a signature of the Caribbean Fusion Festival. The event continues to grow each year, bringing together residents and visitors from across Osceola County and beyond.

Organizers say the festival is about more than entertainment—it’s about connection, cultural appreciation, and celebrating the diversity that makes Central Florida so unique.

As the sun set over Lake Tohopekaliga, the Caribbean Fusion Festival wrapped up another successful year—leaving lasting memories and further cementing its place as one of the premier cultural events in and around Kissimmee.
