Hunter Black is accused of using Snapchat and recording himself as he was driving just before a fatal crash took place in St. Cloud, according to police.
St. Cloud Police said the crash took place around 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 26, 2019, at the intersection of Nolte Road and Michigan Avenue. and that Black has been charged with two counts of vehicular homicide and one count of driving while license suspended.
The occupants of the second vehicle, 15 year old male & 40 year old female, were both pronounced deceased.
