Earlier this year, as a result of the input we received from residents, we postponed the Planning Commission and City Council public hearings to give us time to gather more community input and make additional changes to the draft.

At the December meetings, residents can view updated project information and chat with our Community Development staff about the proposed changes. There will not be a formal presentation; residents can come anytime during each scheduled meeting time.

Following these meetings, staff will incorporate all feedback received from the community into final recommendations for the Planning Commission and City Council, which will hold public hearings on the final proposed changes.
