The Florida Department of Health in Osceola County will join Solid Rock Community Church, located at 1904 Michigan Avenue in Kissimmee, at their back-to-school event Saturday, August 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The health department will provide back-to-school immunizations and COVID-19 vaccinations to attendees as well as educational materials to those who would like to learn more about the vaccines.
Those receiving a COVID-19 vaccination will get a $10.00 grocery gift certificate.
Organizations, businesses, and schools interested in hosting a vaccination event may osceola.floridahealth.gov to submit a request. Vaccination event requests are for local community organizations, businesses, and schools only. Those interested in scheduling an individual appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination may call 407-552-0120.
