The Florida Strawberry Festival is gearing up for its 90th annual celebration, and this year’s theme—“The Stage Is Set!”—pays tribute to both its rich history and exciting future. Taking place February 27 – March 9, 2025, in Plant City, the festival will feature a brand-new soundstage, ushering in a fresh era for its renowned entertainment lineup.
A New Stage, A New Era
“For BerryFest25, the Festival will say farewell to our 35-year-old soundstage that has created so many unforgettable memories,” said Florida Strawberry Festival President Kyle Robinson. “We will welcome in a new entertainment experience and a new soundstage that will provide us the opportunity to bring the best artists to Plant City.”
With a history of hosting legendary performers, the Florida Strawberry Festival is known for combining agricultural traditions with top-tier entertainment. The new soundstage aims to enhance the festival’s ability to attract world-class acts while providing guests with an upgraded concert experience.
Each year, the festival’s theme serves as a central inspiration for vendors, FFA chapters, corporate partners, exhibitors, and parade floats, tying together the spirit of the event. The festival’s beloved strawberry character, featured in the theme artwork, will don sunglasses and a cowboy hat while strumming a guitar in front of the GT Grandstands, symbolizing the musical focus of this year’s celebration.
“The Strawberry Festival will always focus on supporting our agricultural community and our youth in agriculture,” Robinson added. “One way we celebrate agriculture is through our stellar headline entertainment. ‘The Stage Is Set’ for the 90th Annual Florida Strawberry Festival, where you will find great entertainment, delicious food, unbelievable vendors, agricultural exhibits, and thrilling midway rides!”
The Florida Strawberry Festival is an 11-day community event that honors the strawberry harvest of Eastern Hillsborough County. Attracting more than 600,000 visitors annually, the festival features:
