Headquarters Coworking is more than doubling in size, expanding from a beta, 1,100 sqft, three membership program upstairs in the Headquarters Coworking building located in downtown Kissimmee to more than 5,100 sqft over two floors with six membership levels.
Since its inception three years ago, Headquarters Coworking has grown from an average of eight members, including through the pandemic, to 30 members in various industries, including mobile app and software developers, creatives like marketers, surface designers, and videographers, to professional services like realtors, insurance agents, accountants, and engineers.
“Over the last four years, meeting other entrepreneurs in this community, people visiting the area, or remote workers just looking to get out of their home office has really made this vision of coworking come to life. We’re looking forward to being the headquarters for many other companies starting right now,” said Kelly Trace, entrepreneur in residence and founder of Headquarters Coworking.
Membership price points start at $75 per month for a 5-day pass or virtual office to $400 for a dedicated desk. There is a group membership at $900 per month that can include a permanent desk and four memberships that also allow for open seating perfect for those who have teams. All memberships include free WiFi, snacks, drinks, use of our conference room spaces (with six conference rooms available!), color laser printing and free parking.
